To select all event records

• Click the upper-left corner of the events grid.

To select a single event record

1. Place the cursor in the first column (the record number column) of the event record that you want to select. The cursor turns into an arrow.

2. Click the left mouse button. The record is highlighted when selected.

To select continuous event records

1. Place the cursor in the first column of the first record that you want to select, and then click the left mouse button.

2. Hold down the SHIFT key, place the cursor in the first column of the last record that you want to select, and then click the left mouse button. The records are highlighted when selected.

To select discontinuous event records

1. Place the cursor in the first column of the first record that you want to select, and then click the left mouse button.

2. Hold down the CTRL key and select the other event records. The records are highlighted when selected.
