Open a module's process trend comparison document for two time intervals

You must select two batches to view a trend comparison document. You can select the batches from the graph or from the grid. In a batch comparison document, you can select the batches from either graph or grid.

  1. Select the batches for the time intervals for which you want to compare module trends.
  2. Click Process → Trend Comparison.
    The Process History View program opens a chart with the start and end times for the selected rows and the span from the first row and prompts you for the module that you want to trend.
  3. Drill down to the module and then click the Apply Now button.
