Sort batch events

Use the sorting commands, Sort Ascending and Sort Descending, to order how batch events are displayed. Ascending sort order for columns that display numbers sorts from lowest to highest number (0 to 10). Ascending sort order for columns that display text sorts from the beginning to the end of the alphabet (A to Z). Descending sort order for columns that display numbers sorts from highest to lowest number. Descending sort order for text columns sorts from the end to the beginning of the alphabet (Z to A).

To sort columns

  1. Select the columns that you want to sort. To select multiple columns, click the first column heading (the cursor turns into a cross), press the left mouse button, and drag it across the columns that you want to select.
  2. Click Events → Sort → Ascending to sort from 0 to 10 or A to Z. Click Events → Sort → Descending to sort from 10 to 0 or Z to A.
