Are you unable to perform database operations?

The DeltaV software requires that the Lock Server background service is running before performing any database operations.

Click StartSettingsControl PanelAdministrative Tools, and then double-click the Services icon or right-click in the taskbar, and then click Task Manager to verify that this service is running. If this service is not running, start it. (Click StartSettingsControl PanelAdministrative Tools. Then, double-click the Services icon.)
