The controller and workstation downloads are stored in the \POWERUP directory. This directory effectively contains your run-time system data. It is important to back up this information because it is used by redundant controllers during a switchover. It may also be used by controllers after the loss and restoration of power. The Daily PowerUp Directory Backup utility in the Database Administrator Tools application enables you to set up an automatic daily backup of the \POWERUP directory.
