If you know how you are going to share local areas from each DeltaV system with other zones but your Inter-Zone Control Network (IZCN) is not complete, you can use the export and import of zone topologies to configure remote zone areas. This method requires that you work from the ProfessionalPLUS workstation in each zone in succession, twice. The first time you share local areas with the other zones in the system, then export the zone topology. The second time through you import the zone topology exported from each other zone.
