Windows binds communication protocols to the physical Network Interface Cards (NIC) in a particular order. That order can affect the performance of a DeltaV system. Follow the binding order recommendations found in the DeltaV operating system installation instructions. Current instructions can be found in Emerson's Foundation or Guardian support Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs).
