Click the General tab from the System Configuration and Defaults screen. The General window appears.

Local client configuration of the Batch Operator Interface can only be performed if the Batch Executive to which it is connecting allows local configuration.
Click the Config Tool button.
Select the default Batch Executive Node from the list of available nodes.
Deselect the check boxes for any actions you want to disable. By default, all the check boxes are selected and all actions are available.
Click the Apply button to initiate the changes. Click OK to save the changes and close the Config Tool dialog.
