Configure a phase

  1. Select Phase Configuration from the Edit menu. The Phase Configuration dialog appears.
  2. Select a phase to configure from the Selected Phase drop-down list.
  3. Select an active state for the phase from the Select State drop-down list.
  4. Enter the number of seconds to maintain the state in the Dwell Time field. The default is 30 seconds for the Running state and 5 seconds for all other states.
  5. Enter the request information for the selected phase.
  6. Select the Continuous Phase check box to maintain the phase in the Running state. This will override the defined Dwell Time.
  7. When all phase data is entered, click the Update Phase button to update Recipe Simulator with the new phase configuration data.
    Note:
    The phase must be in the Idle state to be updated.
  8. Continue this configuration process for all phases you want to define.
  9. Click the Close button to exit the dialog.
  10. Select Save As from the File menu to save the phase configuration data.
