Archive campaign data

Archive data regularly to provide storage space for new data. You can configure the Batch Historian Administrator to auto archive campaign data.

Auto Archive of a campaign waits until all batches in that campaign are completed.

Select a campaign from the main database.
Right-click, and then select Archive from the menu.
Select an archive database from the list. The currently selected campaign will be stored in the archive you select.
When the status is Archive Completed, click Close.

Important
When archiving campaigns, it is recommended that you also archive all batches in that campaign to the same archive file. Additionally, all batches should be completed (have an end date) when you archive the campaign. This preserves the campaign with the related batch data in one location for future reference.
