Attaching a database to a Batch Historian server allows you to view,
query and report on data from that database.
To attach a database to a Batch Historian server, it must be a
database that is already detached from any other servers.
Select the database from the list of detached databases.
Note
The database must be on a drive that is accessible to the Batch
Historian server. This might require copying the database to a location that is
accessible.
Right-click, and then select
Attach.
Select the server to which you want to attach this database.
Click
OK. The database is now attached to that
server.
Note
The archive that you are attaching must reside on the local
machine. You cannot attach a remote database.
