Installation notes

When a CHARM Terminal Block is used, the output channel can be used as a conventional isolated output channel. If the voltage across the output channel can exceed 150 VAC, you must install a 2 A external fuse on the line side, as shown in the wiring diagrams below with CHARM Terminal Blocks.
When a CHARM Fused Injected Power Terminal Block is used, the output channel can be configured as a high-side output channel.
Although CHARMs can be installed in any location, it is good engineering practice to separate low voltage DC signals from high voltage AC signals. To ensure a safe working environment, it is recommended that you wire AC signals to a different enclosure from DC signals.
