Use this dialog to perform a number of tasks while you are using the DeltaV_XL_Support Excel Add-in. The dialog contains the following fields and controls:

A two-column list of the controllers in the configuration. The Excel column lists the controllers whose I/O configuration is currently loaded in a worksheet. The Database column lists the controllers in the Database Snapshot. Load a controller's configuration by selecting it in the Database column, then clicking Load.

Click this button to update the Database with any changes made in the DeltaV database since the last update of the Database Snapshot.

Loads the workbook with the I/O configuration from Database Snapshot for the selected controllers. 

Note  If you load controllers that already exist in the workbook you overwrite the existing data.

Reconcile compares the configuration in the Excel workbook with the configuration in the Database Snapshot. Reconcile is performed for the controllers selected in the Data Manager dialog.

Save performs a Reconcile first and then attempts to save the I/O configuration in the workbook to the DeltaV Database. To remove comments in the workbook, click Reconcile. 

Note  If you save controllers that already exist in the DeltaV database you overwrite the existing data.

Select this checkbox to keep a record of changes made to the configuration. Each controller has its own log file in …\DeltaV\DVData\SmartPlant\Logs.

Close the dialog.
