Use this dialog to define the columns that appear in the Excel workbook when you load a configuration from the DeltaV database. The dialog contains the following fields, areas, and controls:
If desired, choose the format to use to load the controller. The first time you load a controller the initial format is <Default>. If you have previously saved a format you want to use, open the drop down menu to select it. If you reload the same controller, the initial selected format is <Excel> which represents the format that was originally used to load the controller.
An expandable hierarchy that shows the different information types for each of the I/O types.
The list in the Columns area shows the columns associated with the item currently selected in the Row Types area. The <default> format has the most commonly used columns (parameters) selected. The boxes that are checked are the currently selected columns. The selected and shaded boxes are the minimum set of columns required. You cannot deselect a shaded box.
If you have changed the default format and want to use it again, click the Save Format button. A dialog opens from which you name and save the current format.
Remove the currently selected format.
Accept the current format settings and continue loading the I/O configuration from the DeltaV Database.
