CHARMs hardware is designed for installation on vertical T-type DIN
rails in an enclosure suitable for the location in which the equipment is
installed. Use standard, 3.5 cm (1.38 inch) T-type DIN rails to hold the
equipment.
Suggested spacing for DIN rail installation
- Maintain 2.5 cm (.98 inch)
from the top of the carrier to the bottom of the wireway mounted above or to
the top edge of the enclosure's mounting surface.
- Maintain 2.5 cm (.98 inch)
from the left side of the carrier to the right side of a wireway mounted on the
left of the carrier or the left edge of the enclosure’s mounting surface.
- Maintain 5.0 cm (1.97
inch) from the right side of the carrier to the left side of a wireway mounted
to the right of the carrier or the right edge of the enclosure’s mounting
surface.
