Install I/O cards onto an 8-Wide I/O Carrier

S-series I/O cards snap onto S-series terminal blocks installed on an 8-Wide I/O Carrier.

WARNING!

I/O cards are designed to be installed on terminal blocks. The terminal block guides the card as the retention latch engages.

  1. Place the bottom of the card on the terminal block and align the top of the card with the card housing on the 8-Wide I/O Carrier.
  2. Push the card to snap it into place.
