Change an MPCPro block's mode

In Manual mode, the operator has full control of the MPCPro block outputs. In Auto mode, the MPCPro block automatically calculates outputs.

Note

Put the MPCPro block in Auto mode to change the setpoint for Controlled variables. Put the MPCPro block in Manual mode to make changes to Manipulated variables.

Click the Auto button in the Mode Controls area to put the MPC block in Automatic mode.
Click the Man button in the Mode Controls area to put the MPCPro block in Manual mode.
