Generally speaking, an expert user is one who is familiar with advanced process control theory and application. For the purposes of DeltaV Neural, an expert user has a good knowledge of the delay and time constants associated with inputs to the process. To identify yourself as an expert user, select Expert from the Options menu. An expert user can:
- Change the standard deviation (sigma) range that defines the maximum and minimum outlier limits.
- Adjust the sensitivity analysis by editing the delays at which inputs affect the output.
- Select and deselect inputs to use.
- View the cross correlation coefficients and change the input and delay selection.
- Perform Sensitivity Analysis and Training as two separate steps.
- Enter the minimum and maximum number of nodes to include in the hidden layer.
- Set the error limit (weighted combination of Test and Train errors) in Engineering Units.
- Enter a maximum number of training epochs.
- Select Sequential or Random split of data between train and test data sets.
- Set the percentage split of raw data into training and testing data.
- See the criteria that completed training.
- Verify the accuracy of the neural network.
