OPC Remote is required on the non-DeltaV workstation in order to establish client connection to the DeltaV OPC History Server. Installing the OPC Remote utility on the non-DeltaV workstation will create a DeltaV Admin account and install and register the appropriate OPC proxy/stub DLLs required by the DeltaV OPC History Server.
