Refreshes the pipe properties screen. Pipe Properties is a static listing. When a configuration change is made, such as adding a new pipe or adding or modifying a mapping, the Pipe Properties should be refreshed to display the new information.
Pipe properties include the pipe name, the host and server names for each end of the pipe, and the pipe status. A Pipe can have one of the following statuses:

Activated -- the pipe is activated. Destination items are updated when source items change.

Deactivated -- the pipe is deactivated. Items are not updated.

Initializing -- the pipe configuration is still initializing.

No License -- the pipe has an item licensing problem. There are more mapped items than the user has licensed for on one or both of the OPC servers.

Error -- the pipe has an error and is not functioning correctly.
