Create a new operation.

To create a new operation, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Main button , and then click New.
  2. From the New dialog, select Operation in the Object Type field.
  3. Click Create from New.
    Note

    If you already have a PFC to use as a template, select Create from Existing.

  4. Click OK.
  5. Define the equipment for the operation.
  6. Add steps and transitions to your PFC. Associate each step to a phase class when creating an operation.
  7. Wire your steps and transitions together.
  8. Terminate the recipe.
  9. Verify the recipe
  10. Select the Main button, and then click Save.
  11. Enter a name for the PFC.
