View and edit alarm properties

You can view all the properties that were configured for an alarm when it was created in Control Studio or DeltaV Explorer, enable or disable the alarm, and edit the limit value and priority.

To view and edit properties

Select the alarm for which you want to view and edit properties.
Right-click, and then select Properties.
Make any changes, and then click OK to close the dialog and save your changes.

Note

You must download any changes that you made to the alarm properties before these changes take effect.
