Performing these manual steps resets the SZ Controller and the
non-volatile memory within the Ethernet Isolation Ports to the decommissioned
state.
Unplug the primary and secondary Ethernet Isolation Ports from
the carrier.
Remove both SZ controllers from the carrier and install them in
the opposite slots: move the SZ controller in the right slot to the left slot
and the SZ controller in the left slot to the right slot.
Wait one or two minutes for the SZ to come up.
Plug the primary and secondary Ethernet Isolation Ports into
their original locations.

This procedure can be useful in the rare case that a new
database was brought online before the SZ controller was decommissioned.
