Use this dialog for suggesting unused IP addresses when adding a non-DeltaV node to the system. Do not use these addresses for Smart Switches or any other DeltaV node.
This dialog presents a list of valid DeltaV network addresses you can assign to non-DeltaV nodes in the DeltaV system. You do not need this dialog for DeltaV Smart Switches because the Network Device Command Center assigns IP addresses to Smart Switches when you commission them. This dialog is useful if you are adding other node types to your DeltaV system
The list of suggested IP addresses may contain addresses assigned to network devices that are not currently responding to ICMP echo (ping) requests. Make sure suggested IP addresses are not already assigned to another device before you use them.

| Control Network | Select the Primary or Secondary DeltaV (ACN) network. |
| Generate button | Creates the list of suggested IP addresses. |
| IP Addresses | A list of valid available IP addresses on the selected network. The list contains only the number of addresses selected. |
| Close button | Close the dialog. |
