This dialog opens when you run the Commission as replacement command on a selected switch. The dialog contains the following fields and controls.

| Commission Switch MAC Address |
The MAC address of the selected switch to commission. Displayed across the top of the dialog. |
| Switch Name | Name of the switch module to be assigned to the decommissioned switch. The drop down list shows only modules of previously commissioned switches that are not currently communicating. |
| Switch Location | The configured location (or description) of the selected switch. This field is read-only. |
| Commission button | Accepts the entries in the dialog, writes information to the switch, and creates and downloads the switch module. |
| Cancel button | Closes the dialog without accepting any entries. |
If this dialog is invoked by dragging and dropping a decommissioned switch to a commissioned switch, the Switch (Module) Name and the Switch (Module) Location contain the information for the commissioned switch
