The Adding a Firewall Status dialog reports the progress of adding a firewall. The text in the dialog is read-only but you can use the Copy command from the context menu to copy the text to save it.
The Close button on the dialog is unavailable until the process completes, successful or not.
If a step in the process fails, the process terminates, the status text ends, and the Close button becomes available.
Refer to the log file ( \DVData\NDCCOperationsProgress.Log) for information on the errors.
If the error occurred during firewall module creation, verify the module was not created in DeltaV Explorer. If created, delete the module. Download the workstation. Re-commission the firewall.
If the error occurred during firewall module download, verify the firewall module was created in DeltaV Explorer and assigned to a workstation. If the firewall module exists and is assigned, download the workstation.
If unsure of the state of the firewall module, delete it, download the workstation, and re-commission the firewall.
