This dialog appears at the center of the screen when the Lockdown
command is run. As a switch is being locked, it is added to the list in the
dialog text.
The dialog contains three buttons:
Begin
Starts the process of locking down the selected switches
Cancel
Stops the lockdown process.
Close
Closes the dialog.
The availability of the buttons depends on the current state of the
lockdown process.
