Flash switch LEDs

You can cause the LEDs on switches to flash so that you can identify them.

This command is available in the following locations:

On nodes in the Tree View pane representing decommissioned or commissioned switches.
On items in the Summary pane representing decommissioned or commissioned switches.

Flash a single smart switch

Select a single switch from the Tree View pane or the Summary pane.
Right click and select Flash LEDs.
The Flash LEDs dialog appears and the LEDs on the selected switch flash until stopped.
When done flashing the LEDs, click the Stop Flashing button.

Flash all smart switches on a network

Select a network under either the Decommissioned Switches or Commissioned Devices node.
Right click and select Flash LEDs.
The Flash LEDs dialog appears and the LEDs on the selected switch flash until stopped.
When done flashing the LEDs, click the Stop Flashing button.

Note
NDCC does not report any communication errors while flashing the LEDs on multiple switches.
