Export reports to a file

Any of the reports can be exported to either of the .XML or .CSV formats. Reports include the list of Windows services and their current state, the DDWSP (DeltaV default Windows services profile), the essential files lists, and any of the audit reports.

  1. In DeltaV Security Administration, open the page (for example, the Windows services Audit Report Showing Differences page.
  2. Select the file format to export.
  3. Click the Export to File button.
  4. Select the location to save the file.

    The default location is the \DeltaV\DVData\Import-Export folder.

  5. Name the file.
  6. Click Save.

    The file is now available for use in another application capable of reading the file format used.

    Note

    You cannot import the file back into DeltaV Security Administration.
