Upgrade LS CHARMs

The parent CSLS must be assigned and decommissioned before the LS CHARMs under it can be upgraded.

  1. Select DeltaV SIS Components from the drop-down list in the opening window of the DeltaV Controller and I/O Upgrade Utility and click the Next button.
  2. Select the SIS controller with the LS CHARMs that you want to upgrade and click the Next button.
  3. Select the CSLS and the LS CHARMs radio button and click the Next button.
  4. Select the LS CHARMs that you want to upgrade and click the Next button.
  5. Click the Next button to confirm the upgrade and click it again to complete the upgrade.
  6. Click Exit when the upgrade is complete.
