Configure Alarm Characteristics for your control system

You may select which alarm characteristics will be visible in the Characteristic Filter region. In turn, only alarms with the selected characteristics are visible in the Timeline Chart region. All alarm characteristics are visible by default.

The following steps outline how to remove characteristics from the Characteristic Filter region.

  1. Click the icon to launch the Application Settings dialog.
  2. In the Alarm Characteristics tab, uncheck the boxes next to the characteristics that are not applicable to your control system, or that you do not want visible in the Characteristic Filter region.
    All the boxes are checked by default.
  3. Click OK to save the changes and close the Application Settings dialog.
