Defining process cell properties - general
The general properties of a process cell include the cell's description, the MMI picture and if the process cell is used by the Batch Executive.
Process Cell General Properties
Description: Type the description in the field.
MMI Picture: The picture is used for operator display purposes if the process cell is selected in the Batch Operator Interface and DeltaV Operate is launched. Click the Browse button and select the picture you want to use. Click OK when done or select the Arbitration tab.
You might need to drill down or back out to different folders or drives to find the picture.
Available to the Batch Executive?: Displays if the process cell can be seen by the Batch Executive. If Yes, the process cell is class-based. If No, the process cell is not class-based. Batch processes use class-based process cells. Continuous control uses non-class based process cells.
