The following table describes the types of Journal events visible in the Event Journal screens.

Report |

Prompt |
A request from a phase to the operator to provide information for the completion of the phase logic. |
Prompt Response |
The operator's response to a prompt. |
Operator Message |
A simple message to the operator that requires no entry of confirmation. |
System Message |
A report on current Executive activity. |
Step Activity |
A record of the active step. |
Mode Command |
A request to a procedure element to change the mode. |
State Command |
A request to a procedure element to change the state. |
Mode Change |
A procedure element changed mode. |
State Change |
A procedure element changed state. |
Recipe Value |
The value that the operator entered for a parameter. |
Recipe Value Change |
The value that the operator entered when changing the recipe data. |
Active Step Change Commencing |
A record of active step change attempts. |
Phase Link Permissive |
A record of messages between linked phases. |
Event File Name |
The name of the event file, including its path. |
Parameter Download Verified |
A record of each downloaded parameter. |
Recipe Header |
A record of data items from the recipe header. |
Phase Logic Arbitration |
A record of Acquire/Release of equipment IDs by phase logic. When a batch's state is Abandoned in the Event Journal, any equipment that was owned by the batch's phases are released. The journal does not record the equipment release just that the batch is Abandoned. |
