The alarm summary screen

The Alarm Summary screen displays all phase-level failures. The failure messages include specific information, such as:

• Which batch generated the error

• Time the message occurred

• Type of failure or error

• Location of failure or error, including:

  • Phase

  • Unit

  • Process Cell

  • Area
