Priority choice in the unit selection policy

The unit selection policy defines the expression logic as well as the priority choice options. There are two options that are used to sort the list of valid units:

• First Available - Based on the unit's order in the equipment train.

• Least Recently Used - based on the $IDLE_TIME unit module parameter.
