_IDVBCMClientEvents::oncampaignmgrshuttingdown

This event is fired whenever the connected Campaign Manager server is shutting down. The server notifies all connected controls of an impending shutdown and each control forwards this event on to the client application. A properly designed client application should immediately sever all ties it has to the server (release any resources) and enter some 'disconnected' state.
