Lockout information

Campaign and Batch edit objects both have lockout methods to limit campaign and batch modifications to only one user at a time (per campaign or batch). Lockout is not needed when campaigns or batches are first created because no other application can access them until they are added to the Campaign Manager server.

If a campaign edit or batch edit object is retrieved from the server for the purpose of making changes, the correct lockout method should be called to ensure two applications are not trying to make changes to the same object at the same time.
