Phase_restart_types named set

The phase_restart_types is used to select the where a phase logic will restart. Use this named set in writing the restart logic in your phase logic.

Note  The From Start Without Download restart type allows the user to choose to restart the Phase logic from the beginning of the Run Logic without the Phase Parameters being download (no REQUEST=1000 command being issued to the Batch Executive). This differs from the restart type: From Start.
