You cannot clear a signature on a recipe that has been downloaded to a Batch Executive.
To clear an approval or rejection signature, perform the following steps:
Open the Recipe Authorization dialog, select the Signer Description for which you have the key, and click the Clear button.
Enter a comment, username, and password, and then click OK
The Status on the Recipe Authorization dialog changes to Pending, and the User, Comment, and Node columns are updated. A Version Control message appears indicating the signature status change.
Click the Close button on the Recipe Authorization dialog.
Note:
To clear a signature on a recipe that has been downloaded, you must modify the downloaded version so that Recipe Authorization views it as a different version of that recipe.
