Creating new Application Stations for Redundant Batch

The following instructions require that 

• the new Application Stations will be used for either (or both) a redundant Batch Executive or Campaign Manager.

• the new Application Stations are connected to the DeltaV network, but do not have the DeltaV software installed yet.

• the Application Stations will be running the same DeltaV software version (and it is the same across the entire DeltaV network).

• the Batch Executive or Campaign Manager is not currently enabled on this node.
