The DVBCMExecRecipeInfo object

The DVBCMExecRecipeInfo object allows a client application to retrieve read-only information about a specific recipe from a given Batch Executive on the connected Campaign Manager server. This information is used when creating a new campaign or changing the recipe of a campaign or batch. The object can be used to view all the recipe steps and the unit classes on which they are based. The object can also be used to view formula information, including parameter names and values, for the selected recipe. The object can be used to retrieve a Batch Executive parameter info object (DVBCMExecParamInfo) to view the properties of an individual parameter. The DVBCMExecRecipeInfo is a read-only object; therefore, it has no lockout properties.

This object cannot be instantiated unto itself. Instead, it must be retrieved using the DVBCMExecInfo method, get_ExecutiveRecipeInfo.

All Batch Executive Access objects in the Campaign Manager get their information from the DeltaV Batch Access Server (which gets its information directly from the Batch Executive). All Batch Executive information is downloaded from the DeltaV system and is not created or managed by the Campaign Manager server.
