Event types
- Alarm - records each state change an alarm goes through. State
changes occur when the alarm condition changes, when an alarm is acknowledged
by a user, and when the alarm is disabled or enabled. Alarms with priorities of
Critical, Warning, or Advisory generate ALARM type event records.
- Change - user initiated change to a parameter field.

Download - records when a download occurred.
- Error - lists error type events.
- Event - user defined or system events with no alarm behavior.
- Install - installation operations that impact the run-time
system.
- Logon_Failed_Attempt - records failed logon attempts.
- SOE (Sequence of Events) - process-upset events coming
directly from devices in the field to SOE channels.
- Status - the current communication and download state of the
node
