Scrolling the window along the time scale can sometimes make it difficult to find the chart's configured parameters (such as the configured time scale). Use the Restore Chart command to restore the chart to its configured parameters.
If you think a chart is incorrectly displaying data, click Restore Chart or close and reopen the window.
