Export the example module

Note that you can export only an instance of the class-based module. You cannot export the class definition or the module template.

Export the module TEMP-101 to a .txt file:

  1. From DeltaV Explorer, select the TEMP-101 module in AREA_A.

  2. Select File → Export → User Defined.

  3. Select the TEMPS.FMT format specification file.

  4. Specify the target data file as TEMPS.TXT.

  5. Export the data.
