SPI: default DeltaV instrument manufacturer and model

You need to add the following default manufacturer and model types. This will enable default instruments created by DeltaV to be retrieved directly into SPI without errors being generated.

After retrieve you will probably want to filter the Instrument Index on the manufacturer Default Manufacturer and select the actual Instrument manufacturer from the list within SPI.
