Verifying graphics configuration prior to publishing

The first step toward ensuring your graphics configuration are ready to be published is to verify their contained configuration. Verifying the contained configuration provides detailed information about each configuration problem. This information is shown in the Verification pane. Problems found during verification are ranked by severity using the following problem classes:
Informational
A suggestion for an improvement.
The configuration is still eligible for publishing, even if the issue is not resolved.
Warning
Some functionality may not work correctly.
The configuration is still eligible for publishing, even if the issue is not resolved.
Error
The problem is considered severe enough that the configuration should not be deployed online.
The configuration is not eligible for publishing.

You can verify the configuration for a single layout, display, display set, GEM class, standard, or library function, or you can verify the configuration for all items contained in a folder.

Verifications can be performed at any time using the ribbon's Verify command in the Home tab. To see an item's verification results, expand the Verifications Results pane, which by default is located at the bottom of the Graphics Studio user interface. If the pane is already open, expand it to see the verification results. You can open an item from this to view and fix the configuration issue, as well as copy and paste the information from this pane into another text application.

You can continue to perform other tasks within Graphics Studio while a verification in is process.
