OnArbitrationTreeSelectionChanged event

Notifies the control that the selection in the equipment tree panel changed.

Arguments

Argument	Description	Type
`bstrName`	The name of the equipment item selected in the Owns By list.	String
`bstrPath`	The path to the item selected in the equipment tree panel.	String
`iResourceId`	The Equipment ID for the selected item.	Number
`iResourceType`	An integer, 0-9, identifying the resource type.	Number
