The number of fieldbus initiate domain download requests that were sent on this port. These request are sent whenever the LAS (Link Active Scheduler) schedule is downloaded to this port. The LAS is a centralized bus scheduler that manages the communication on the fieldbus and maintains the live list (a list of fieldbus devices that are responding to the LAS). The H1 card functions as the LAS.
