Provisioning and deprovisioning security

Provisioning and deprovisioning I/O Blocks and I/O Gateways requires one of the following keys:

Can Configure key if the I/O Gateway or I/O Block is associated with a CIOC.
SIS Can Configure key if the I/O Gateway or I/O Block is associated with a CSLS.

You can also provision with the Can Setup Devices key or SIS Can Setup Devices key if the key is assigned for the appropriate CIOC or CSLS.
