Launch the Windows Performance Monitor

Windows Performance Monitor is a graphical tool for measuring the performance of your own computer or other computers on a network. On each computer, you can view the behavior of objects such as processors, memory, cache, threads, and processes. In Performance Monitor, use the File → Save Chart Settings As command to customize the startup context for launching the Performance Monitor and save the file in ..\data\perfmonitor\deltav.pmc.
